Social Media Content Creator (Reels, Short Videos, Posts)

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Content Designer to produce engaging reels, short-form videos, and visual content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok. The ideal candidate will combine strong design skills with a deep understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and audience engagement.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and edit social media reels, short-form videos, and graphics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand identity and campaign goals.
• Stay updated on social media trends, viral formats, and platform algorithms.
• Create visually appealing thumbnails, captions, and motion graphics to maximize reach.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of posts.
• Optimize videos for different platforms (aspect ratios, resolutions, formats).
• Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements for engagement.
• Brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree in Design, Media, Communication, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proven experience in video editing, motion graphics, and social media content creation.
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or CapCut.
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok trends, and YouTube Shorts.
• Creative mindset with the ability to tell stories visually.
• Portfolio showcasing social media reels, short-form videos, or creative campaigns.
