Job Description
- Design, develop, and manage scalable data warehouse solutions using Snowflake .
- Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using tools such as Informatica, dbt, Talend, Matillion , or custom Python/SQL code.
- Develop and maintain data models , including star/snowflake schemas, data marts, and staging layers.
- Write efficient SQL queries , stored procedures, and UDFs within Snowflake.
- Integrate data from various sources (cloud, on-premises, APIs, flat into Snowflake.
- Implement data quality checks , data governance , and security standards .
- Collaborate with BI developers and analysts to build performant and reusable datasets.
- Tune performance of Snowflake queries and optimize warehouse usage and costs.
- Participate in code reviews , testing, and deployment using CI/CD tools and practices.
- Document technical solutions, data flows, and metadata definitions
