Job Title Snowflake Technical Lead Job Summary We are looking for a Snowflake Technical Lead with strong experience in Snowflake, Python, SQL, and DBT. The candidate will lead data engineering projects, build scalable data solutions, support analytics requirements, and guide technical teams in delivering high-quality data platforms. Responsibilities Lead the design and development of Snowflake-based data solutions. Develop and maintain ELT/ETL pipelines using Snowflake and DBT. Build and optimize data models for reporting and analytics. Monitor and improve Snowflake performance and cost efficiency. Develop automation solutions using Python. Implement data quality, security, and governance standards. Support data migration and modernization projects. Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to data engineers. Support CI/CD processes, deployments, and production activities. Required Skills Strong experience with Snowflake development and administration. Hands-on experience with Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, Dynamic Tables, and Data Sharing. Strong SQL and query optimization skills. Experience with Python and DBT. Knowledge of data warehousing, data modeling, and ELT/ETL concepts. Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP. Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Skills Experience in Snowflake migration and modernization projects. Knowledge of Snowpark and real-time data processing. Experience with data governance and data quality frameworks. Experience leading data engineering teams and working with stakeholders.
