Slimming Manager

Job Description:

• Lead and manage the slimming and wellness team, including dietitians and therapists.
• Conduct client consultations and create personalized weight-loss and nutrition plans.
• Monitor client progress and ensure effective treatment outcomes.
• Drive monthly sales, client conversions, and retention targets.
• Supervise daily operations, maintain service quality, and ensure SOP compliance.
• Train, motivate, and evaluate team performance.
• Coordinate with clinic and marketing teams for promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate client records and resolve client concerns professionally.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Dietetics, or related field.
• 35 years of experience in slimming, wellness, or healthcare management.
• Strong leadership, communication, counseling, and sales skills
