Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide L1 production support for Linux-based systems, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify root causes of issues and implement fixes to prevent future occurrences.
- Develop shell scripts using Python to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
- Monitor system performance using Amazon CloudWatch, identifying areas for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 2-8 years of experience in application support or similar role.
- Strong understanding of SQL database management systems (e.g., MySQL) on Unix/Linux platforms.
- Proficiency in monitoring tools such as AWS CloudWatch or other equivalent technologies.
