Site Reliability Engineer Lead - AI Ops

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of Site Reliability Engineers (SREs) to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of cloud-based systems.
• Design, implement, and maintain monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk to identify issues proactively.
• Good experience with AI Ops
• Develop and maintain documentation for SRE processes, procedures, and best practices.

Job Requirements :

• 6-9 years of experience in reliability engineering or related field.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace and Splunk and AI/ML.
• Proven track record in leading teams or managing projects.
