Site Reliability Engineer

The role: Own reliability for a production fintech platform: backup and restore, disaster recovery, monitoring, and incident response. When something breaks at 2 a.m., you're the person who designed the system so it recovers itself.

You will:

• Design and test backup/restore and disaster-recovery runbooks
• Build monitoring, alerting, and incident-response workflows
• Run post-incident reviews and drive fixes to closure
• Cross-train with our Cloud Engineer for mutual coverage

You have:

• Linux fundamentals; familiarity with monitoring tools (Grafana/Prometheus or similar)
• Understanding of databases well enough to back them up and restore them correctly
• Calm under pressure; a documentation habit
