Key Responsibilities

Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems for application support
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting application issues in staging and production environments
Experience in monitoring system performance and identifying root causes through log insights
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and microservices-based application stacks
Skilled in leveraging observability platforms such as Grafana, Loki, and ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for troubleshooting and monitoring
Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools (eg, Jenkins, GitOps)
Experience with API testing and validation using tools such as Postman and Swagger/OpenAPI
Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB for troubleshooting application data issues and performing ad-hoc reporting
Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools for ticketing and documentation
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in application support or reliability engineering
Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
IT certifications (Cloud, Microservices, Kubernetes) considered an advantage)
