Job Description
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and support microservices to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor dashboards for system performance insights.
- Utilize Dynatrace for application performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Implement and manage RestAPIs for seamless integration and communication between services.
- Write and maintain scripts using PowerShell, YAML, or Shell Scripting to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to enhance system reliability and performance.
- Participate in on-call rotations for 24/7 support for critical systems.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of RestAPIs and their implementation.
- Expertise in using Dynatrace for performance monitoring.
- Proficiency in managing and creating dashboards for system monitoring.
- Excellent scripting skills in PowerShell, YAML, or Shell Scripting.
- Experience supporting and managing microservices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices is a plus.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is beneficial.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools is advantageous.
