Hiring: Site Manager | Projects (Civil & Interiors)
Location: Gurugram (Project-based | Pan India)
We are hiring an experienced Site Manager to lead end-to-end project execution for commercial interior and fit-out projects. If you have strong expertise in site execution, vendor coordination, quality management, and project planning, we'd like to connect with you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete site execution from planning to project handover.
- Supervise contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor project quality, timelines, procurement, and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, procurement, and internal stakeholders.
- Track project progress and share periodic MIS reports with management.
- Ensure budget control, quality standards, and seamless project execution.
Eligibility:
- BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 4-8 years of experience in Civil Interiors/Fit-Out projects.
- Hands-on site supervision experience with working knowledge of MEP.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
