Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Site Leader / India Head for our Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Bangalore, India. In this role you will own site-level leadership across operations, talent, culture and stakeholder management, ensuring the centre delivers to global expectations. You will work closely with global stakeholders across time zones in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. Requirements: minimum 3 years of relevant experience (senior leadership roles require significantly more), strong domain expertise and excellent communication. This is a full-time, on-site role.
