Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
Identify and develop new institutional and corporate business opportunities.
Manage relationships with key corporate and institutional customers.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and annual supply agreements.
Prepare business proposals, quotations, and tenders.
Drive volume growth through existing accounts and new customer acquisition.
Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, finance, logistics, and customer service) to ensure timely order execution.
Monitor order fulfillment, customer satisfaction, and after-sales support.
Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare sales forecasts, account plans, and periodic MIS reports.
Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
