Role Overview :
As a Delivery Manager at ASTAR DATA LLP, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex data analytics projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, manage resources, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement. This role directly impacts client satisfaction and the overall success of our data solutions offerings.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the planning and execution of data analytics and data engineering projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation to maximize profitability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively implementing contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the delivery team.
- Oversee change management processes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal impact on project timelines.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Ensure adherence to IT service delivery standards and compliance with relevant regulations.
