TCS is Hiring for the role of Sigma BI Developer

Years of experience: 8 to 13 yrs
Location: Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Kochi, Bhubaneshwar
Notice Period: 0 to 30 days (or) Immediate Joiners are also preferred

Required Skill Set:

• Sigma Computing (Sigma BI)
• SQL
• Cloud Data Warehouses:
• Snowflake
• Amazon Redshift
• Google BigQuery
• Azure Synapse Analytics
• Business Intelligence (BI) Development
• Data Visualization & Dashboard Development
• Data Modeling
• Data Warehousing

Ex-TCSers are not allowed and experience range less than 8yrs will not be considered

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, build, and maintain Sigma dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate data requirements into BI solutions.
• Design user-friendly, scalable, and high-performance visualizations.
• Work with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) to optimize queries and data models.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across Sigma reports.
• Implement role-based access controls (RBAC) and maintain data security standards.
• Perform data validation, testing, and troubleshooting for BI solutions.
• Optimize reports and queries for performance and cost efficiency.
• Support ad-hoc data requests and analysis from business teams.
• Document BI solutions, data definitions, and dashboards.
• Migration of BO reports to Sigma BI
  

Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Sigma Computing.
• Strong SQL skills for data querying and transformation.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Azure Synapse).
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts (star schema, dimensional modeling).
• Experience in data visualization and dashboard design principles.
