Showroom Hostess

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet customers warmly.
• Assist customers and direct them to the appropriate Sales Executive.
• Manage customer waiting time and seating arrangements.
• Offer refreshments to customers as per company standards.
• Maintain the reception and showroom entrance in a clean and presentable condition.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Handle basic customer enquiries professionally.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
• Customer service-oriented attitude.
• Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree preferred.
• Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is an added advantage.
