Shopify Account Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Shopify Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and experience working with Shopify.

• Manage and maintain existing Shopify accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and optimize account management efforts.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks or issues impacting client satisfaction or revenue growth.

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the e-commerce industry, with a focus on Shopify solutions.
• Strong understanding of Shopify products, including their features and applications.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on meeting sales targets.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools is an asset.
