Shipping Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Process and dispatch domestic and international print-on-demand orders daily, meeting the company's 24-hour ship SLA.
• Coordinate with courier and logistics partners (DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, India Post, Delhivery, Blue Dart, Shiprocket) for pickups, rate negotiation and service selection.
• Prepare and verify export documentation - commercial invoice, packing list, air waybill (AWB), shipping bills, e-way bills, and HSN / customs paperwork.
• Generate and manage shipping labels across courier and marketplace portals and the company's fulfilment system / API.
• Track shipments end-to-end; proactively resolve delays, customs holds and delivery exceptions, and manage RTO / undelivered shipments and reshipments.
• Reconcile courier invoices against booked shipments - flag weight discrepancies, surcharges and billing errors.
• Maintain shipment MIS - dispatch volumes, SLA adherence, courier-wise cost, and zone-wise performance.
• Coordinate with the warehouse / packing team on order readiness, packaging standards and dispatch priority.
• Handle customer and marketplace shipping queries, tracking updates and proof of delivery (POD).
• Support Finance with shipping-bill / EDPMS data for export remittance closure, and RODTEP / duty drawback where applicable.
• Ensure correct declared value, Incoterms and compliance for international parcels.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate; 2-3 years of experience in shipping, logistics or export dispatch (e-commerce, courier or export-house background preferred).
• Hands-on with international courier portals (DHL / FedEx / UPS) and domestic aggregators (Shiprocket / Delhivery / Blue Dart).
• Knowledge of export documentation, AWB, e-way bill, and basic customs / Incoterms.
• Familiarity with marketplace / D2C order-fulfilment flows; comfortable with Excel and shipping software.
• Detail-oriented and fast-paced, able to consistently meet daily dispatch cut-offs.
