Shift Incharge - Biologics Production

1. Execution of production process as per SOPs and Batch manufacturing records
2. Raw material receipt and transfer to production area.
3. Buffer preparation as per SOPs.
4. Operation and Maintenance of process equipment.
5. Supervise the cleaning of the facility.
6. Operation of vessels and SIP/CIP skid.
7. Coordination with engineering department to ensure Pressure differentials, Temperature and humidity are as per limits.
8. Sampling of In process steps and sending samples to QC.
9. Plasma fractionation experience mandatory.
