4. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and end users to gather requirements and ensure the SharePoint solution aligns with business goals.
   
5. Security and Permissions Management: Configure and manage SharePoint permissions, ensuring secure access control and compliance with organizational security standards.
