Roles & Responsibility
5+ years of managing release management duties, including working in Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipelines
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce System Administrator or Developer
Salesforce Certified Administrator (required)
Salesforce Certified App Builder or Salesforce Platform Developer I (desired)
Copado Fundamentals I Certification (desired)
Able to demonstrate proven core Salesforce System Admin skills and knowledge, including user management, workflows/rules, page and custom object configuration, Site and Community administration.
The successful candidate will work closely with development teams, operations, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of high-quality software releases
Extensive experience managing DevOps and Agile tools; including JIRA, Azure DevOps or similar project management tools
Extensive Experience in Copado, Gearset, GitHub or similar release management and software development versioning tools
Experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies
Experience in Agile methodology, working in 3-week sprints, daily scrums, etc.
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferred
