Your Role: ServiceNow Software Developer
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform to enhance our IT Service Management IT Operations Management IT Asset Management and HR Service Delivery capabilities and streamline business processes. This role requires a strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices, a passion for problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
You will be joining TechOps, responsible for all IT Infrastructure, Client Services, and Global Site Operations across the enterprise.
Your Responsibilities:

Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and custom applications.

Implement and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using various integration methods (e.g., REST, SOAP, MID Server).

Create and manage forms, workflows, reports, dashboards, and service portals to meet business requirements.

Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and performance of ServiceNow solutions.

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and provide estimates for development efforts.

Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and industry best practices.

Maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions and configurations.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

Bachelors degree in a related field.

5+ years of experience in IT Service Management including ServiceNow Development

Strong understanding of ITIL principles

Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build consensus.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
