Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SecOps Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Security Operations solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in ServiceNow architecture, Security Operations modules, enterprise integrations, and cybersecurity processes while driving scalable and secure platform solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) solutions.
- Lead implementation and customization of Vulnerability Response (VR), Security Incident Response (SIR), and Threat Intelligence (TI) modules.
- Define technical architecture, development standards, and platform best practices.
- Design and oversee REST/SOAP integrations with enterprise security tools and third-party applications.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
- Review technical designs, perform code reviews, and mentor development teams.
- Ensure platform performance, scalability, governance, and security compliance.
- Drive platform optimization, upgrades, and continuous improvements.
- Participate in architecture reviews, solution design discussions, and Agile planning.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and development.
- Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps), including:
- Vulnerability Response (VR)
- Security Incident Response (SIR)
- Threat Intelligence (TI)
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, ServiceNow scripting, and Flow Designer.
- Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow architecture.
- Deep knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, including Incident Response, Vulnerability Management, and Threat Intelligence.
- Proven experience in designing scalable and enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with GRC, IRM, or ITOM modules.
- Exposure to AWS and Azure cloud security.
- Knowledge of the MITRE ATT&CK Framework.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Expertise in ServiceNow platform optimization and performance tuning.
Preferred Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Security Operations
