ServiceNow Process Consultant

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Process Consultant to join our team at Input Zero Technologies Pvt. Ltd., with a strong background in process consulting and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.

Roles and Responsibility

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop effective solutions using ServiceNow.
• Design, implement, and maintain processes and workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new processes and features implemented using ServiceNow.
• Analyze business needs and recommend improvements through process optimization and automation.
