ServiceNow Platform Engineer

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform Engineer to design, build, integrate, secure, and optimize enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.

This is a global role working closely with our CTO office, architects, product leaders, and customers to deliver next-generation AI-powered workflows, automation solutions, and platform innovations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engineer and support ServiceNow platform capabilities across development, testing, and production environments.
• Design and develop scalable solutions using App Engine, Flow Designer, Workflow Studio, Integration Hub, and scoped applications.
• Build and maintain enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP, Scripted REST APIs, MID Servers, ETL, and external data connectors.
• Implement AI-driven capabilities leveraging Virtual Agent, Now Assist, AI Search, AI Agents, and intelligent automation.
• Ensure platform security through role-based access controls, OAuth, SSO, MFA, encryption, and secure integration architecture.
• Optimize platform performance, scalability, reliability, and technical health.
• Support DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, release management, upgrades, testing, and governance.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders, architects, cybersecurity teams, and business leaders to deliver innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience.
• 8+ years of overall experience in platform engineering, enterprise applications, integration, or automation.
• Strong expertise in:
• Workflow Data Fabric (WDF)
• Integration Hub & Workflow Studio
• Flow Designer
• REST/SOAP APIs
• MID Server
• JavaScript & Glide APIs
• Import Sets & Transform Maps
• Security & Authentication Frameworks
• Experience implementing AI, conversational AI, or intelligent automation solutions on ServiceNow.
• Proven experience delivering complex ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments.

Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Mandatory
• Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Mandatory
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – Preferred
• Additional CIS certifications highly desirable

Preferred Experience

• ServiceNow AI, Virtual Agent, Now Assist, CMDB, Security, and Performance Analytics.
• Cloud integrations, API Gateways, ESB/iPaaS platforms, RPA, or event-driven architectures.
• Experience with IoT, OT, robotics, connected assets, or physical AI environments is an added advantage.
