Detailed job description - Skill Set:
- 1. 3 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration
- 2. Strong expertise in Service Portal, Agent Workspace, ITSM, and CSM modules
- 3. Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting
- 4. Experience in handling support tickets, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
- 5. Exposure to ServiceNow upgrades and version migration activities
- 6. Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data models
