Job Description
We are looking for a experienced ServiceNow Performance Analytics Developer to design Performance Analytics solutions within the ServiceNow platform. You will have experience in creating dashboards, Measurements, and reports to support data-driven decision-making across IT and departments.
Key responsibilities:
  • Design and implement Performance Analytics solutions in ServiceNow.
  • You will develop meaningful Measurements, scorecards, and dashboards tailored to our needs.
  • Collaborate with partners to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • You will ensure data accuracy and integrity across analytics modules.
  • Optimize platform performance using best practices in scripting and asynchronous processing.
  • You will maintain existing analytics configurations and visualizations.
  • Provide training and documentation for end-users and administrators.
  • Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA) for analytics-related problems. Qualifications
  • Required Skills Qualifications:
    • B. Tech in Computer Science
    • Experience with ServiceNow Performance Reporting.
    • Experience with ServiceNow architecture and modules (ITSM, CMDB, etc.).
    • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
    • Experience with data visualization and analytics principles.
  • Preferred Experience:
    • 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development.
    • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
    • Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks.
