Servicenow Nowassist Developer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ITSM , Now Assist solutions on ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement process improvements.
• Troubleshoot issues related to ITSM processes and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for IT service management.

Job Requirements :

• 4-19 years of experience in ITSM or a related field.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow development principles and architecture.
• Experience working with ITIL v3/v4 frameworks for incident, problem, change, and release management.
