Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules
- Implement ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management
- Develop workflows, Flow Designer solutions, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and ACLs
- Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Customize Service Portal, Catalog Items, and Employee Center
- Work on CMDB, Discovery, Asset Management, and HRSD modules
- Create dashboards, reports, and performance analytics
- Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize system performance
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Follow ITIL best practices and ServiceNow development standards
- Support upgrades, patching, testing, and deployment activities
