Servicenow ITSM Senior Developer

Role & responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 710 years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on ServiceNow development expertise.
• Proven experience working with ServiceNow ITSM (mandatory).
• Experience with at least one additional ServiceNow module:
• ITOM
• ITAM
• GRC / IRM
• CSM
• FSM
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
• Experience designing and implementing REST and SOAP integrations.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and data model.
• Experience working with CMDB (preferred, especially for ITOM-focused roles).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Additional ServiceNow module certifications are a plus.
• Experience working in enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments.
• Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD practices within ServiceNow development.
