ServiceNow ITAM Expert

Job Description: We are looking for a ServiceNow ITAM expert with strong experience in managing hardware and software asset lifecycle using ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage ServiceNow ITAM modules – HAM & SAM
• Maintain accurate asset lifecycle, compliance, and reconciliation
• Handle software license management and optimization
• Integrate asset data with CMDB and procurement systems
• Support audits and ensure license compliance

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in ServiceNow ITAM (HAM/SAM)
• Handson with asset lifecycle management and reconciliation
• Good understanding of IT assets, contracts, and licensing models
• ServiceNow ITAM certification is a plus
