Your role

Design and developement experience in ServiceNow IT Asset management
Implement and configure ServiceNow HAM SAM Pro modules.
Lead and execute end-to-end implementation of SAM and HAM functionalities..
Integrate ITAM with CMDB, Discovery, SCCM, Intune, JAMF, and other data sources.
Develop and manage REST/SOAP API-based integrations, JSON/XML processing, and MID Server integrations..
Build automation using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Scoped Apps.

Your profile

Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITAM (HAM SAM Pro).
Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs).
Experience with software licensing models, normalization, reconciliation, and compliance frameworks.
Knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, and data ingestion
