Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5 to 6 years of ServiceNow experience, with strong focus on GRC / IRM.
Hands-on experience with:
- Risk & Compliance workflows
- Control testing and assessments
- policy lifecycle management
- Strong understanding of GRC frameworks (ISO 27001, SOX, NIST, COBIT, PCI-DSS).
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting:
- JavaScript
- business Rules
- Client Scripts
- Script Includes
- Knowledge of CMDB, ITSM, and integrations (REST/SOAP).
- Experience in Agile / Scrum delivery model.
