Relevant Experience: 6 yrs in ServiceNow IRM/GRC/SECOPS
Hands-on with SIR, VR, TI modules in SECOPS
Experienced with SOAP/REST integrations
Strong in creating and managing authority documents, control objectives, indicators, and controls
Worked on UCF integration and third-party compliance tools
Implement and customize ServiceNow GRC modules including Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, Third Party Risk, Privacy, BCM, and RCM
Configure IRM modules and build scoped applications for compliance programs
Customize and manage ServiceNow components such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Notifications, Workflows, etc Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools like Splunk, Jira, and Active Directory
Manage end-to-end implementations including UCF integrations and data imports
Customize and modify out-of-the-box workflows as per client requirements
Work with risk assessments and authority document configurations
