Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Integration Engineer with strong expertise in integrating ServiceNow platforms with enterprise applications, monitoring tools, and infrastructure systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB) and external enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API based integrations.
• Define and implement integration workflows across infrastructure, monitoring, and automation tools.
• Enable real-time data synchronization between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms.
• Integrate ServiceNow with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds and other third-party applications.
• Work closely with IT operations, infrastructure, and application teams to gather integration requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and performance across integrations.
• Support troubleshooting, enhancements, and optimization of integration solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow Development/Integration.
• Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and IntegrationHub.
• Experience with MID Server and ServiceNow integration frameworks.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds.
• Understanding of infrastructure, networking, cloud, and enterprise application integrations.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow CSA Certification.
• Exposure to automation and orchestration tools.
• Experience in enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
