Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ServiceNow Integration solutions based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze integration requirements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for integration workflows and processes.
- Test and troubleshoot integrations to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to peers for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices for integrations.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions to improve overall system efficiency.
