Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Administer and configure ServiceNow HRSD modules including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, and Lifecycle Events.
- Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions aligned with business needs.
- Develop and maintain HR workflows, service catalogs, and knowledge articles.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational policies.
- Provide support for HRSD upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features.
- Monitor system performance and resolve issues to ensure platform reliability.
- Create reports and dashboards to track HR service metrics and performance.
- Train HR staff and end-users on platform functionality and best practices.
Preferred candidate profile
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ServiceNow HRSD Administrator/Consultant to manage and enhance our Human Resources Service Delivery platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing HRSD modules to streamline HR operations and improve employee experiences.
