Roles & Responsibility
GRC - Business Analyst
- Candidate must have around 8 years of working experience as a business analyst and must have 5 years in ServiceNow Projects. The candidate should have the experience of three (3) years experience in agile environment.
- Candidate should have experience with implementation of ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules
- As a ServiceNow GRC/IRM Business Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements in support of multiple risk management programs
- Good knowledge of ITSM, ITIL V3 /V4and Risk/Compliance process
- The candidate will provide analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications that covers use cases, stories, business process models and diagrams, test scripts to support implementation of ServiceNow GRC/IRM Solution
- Work closely with developers to ensure all requirements are understood, documented, and tested.
- Demonstrate ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) while providing thought leadership to stakeholders in solving governance, process or technical problems.
- Must have experience using Scrum/SAFe methodology to manage project workflow and requirements
- Experience with Agile tools to manage workload, such as JIRA, ServiceNow Agile, Azure DevOps, etc.
- Ability to perform test user functionality
- Must possess the ability to communicate effectively in both writing and verbally with a strong proficiency collaborating across teams
- Certification in Certified System Administrator and other micro certification will be advantageous.
Requirements
GRC Mid Dev - 2
- Experience: 4-10 Years in IT
- 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow required with Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the Service-now platform.
- 2-3 years of Experience with ServiceNow and the GRC and IRM in an enterprise production environment.
- Service now implementation experience of solutions (configuration and customization) for all components of the ServiceNow GRC product.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Fundamental in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset, Service Catalog).
- Ability to assess vendor security within Compliance and Risk applications.
- Ability to leverage ServiceNow GRC tools to track, monitor, report, and remediate findings.
- Proficient in Java Script and ServiceNow Java script APIs.
- Experience working with Agile teams, methodologies, and tools in a virtual environment.
- ServiceNow certifications (ServiceNow Certified IRM Developer, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator is desirable.
- Can create custom business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, ACLs, data policies, UI scripts.
- Can troubleshoot basic configuration/script issues.
- Can work independently and collaboratively with customers and delivery teams on implementations and remote services.
- Performs migration activities Dev to QA, QA to Prod.
- Excellent written and verbal skills to effectively communicate quality technical and functional system specifications
- Participate in problem analysis, code review, and system design.
