Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on GRC/ IRM modules
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), Flow Designer, Service Portal, and ATF (Automated Test Framework).
- Strong knowledge of GRC best practices, IT risk frameworks, and integrations with tools like Splunk, Archer, or external ERM systems.
- Experience with ITSM modules for holistic GRC implementations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with familiarity in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
