Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow GRC Consultant with 6+ years of IT experience and strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting ServiceNow GRC solutions aligned with business, risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements. The candidate should have strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and experience working with business stakeholders to translate GRC requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, implement, and maintain ServiceNow GRC solutions based on business and compliance requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document GRC requirements.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow GRC modules, workflows, forms, fields, notifications, reports, and dashboards.
• Work on Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, and Audit Management processes.
• Configure risk and compliance frameworks, controls, policies, indicators, assessments, and related workflows.
• Develop and maintain risk assessments, control testing, compliance monitoring, and audit processes.
• Configure automated workflows and approvals using Flow Designer and Workflow capabilities.
• Integrate ServiceNow GRC with other ServiceNow applications and external systems.
• Develop scripts and configurations using JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions as required.
• Work with ServiceNow data structures, tables, forms, ACLs, roles, and application configurations.
• Support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration mechanisms.
• Develop reports, dashboards, KPIs, and metrics to support risk and compliance management.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, UAT support, deployment, and post-production validation.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing production support for GRC applications.
• Prepare technical and functional documentation, including solution designs and configuration documents.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow architects, developers, business analysts, security teams, risk teams, and compliance stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and governance requirements.
• Participate in upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
