Good understanding of GRC processes and workflows
Experience in implementation or support projects

Basic ServiceNow platform knowledge (configuration / workflows)

Work on ServiceNow GRC implementation and support activities
Configure and manage Risk, Audit, and Compliance modules
Handle operational and production support tasks
Coordinate with client stakeholders and internal teams
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance processes are followed
