Job Responsibilities: We are seeking a talented ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a ServiceNow Developer, your responsibilities will include developing, configuring, and customizing the platform according to business requirements. We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer who has extensive experience and an enthusiasm for delivering top-notch software solutions. The ideal candidate should possess both independent and collaborative working abilities.

• Who has a strong understanding of ServiceNow products
• Who will be Developing and implementing new ServiceNow applications
• Who will be an active contributor in developing workflows and scripts to personalize existing ServiceNow applications and automate and improve business processes
• Who is Create/ Manage web portals used by internal and external clients, using JavaScript/ Bootstrap / Angular
• Who will Monitor the health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications
• Work directly with end users to resolve issues in ServiceNow.
• Participate in problem-solving during ServiceNow development, testing, and production.

Technical Abilities and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement solutions for ServiceNow.
• Move configuration and development changes from Dev to Test to Prod using SN update sets.
• Develop small standalone SN tools and dashboards to support ITSM and Project Management workflows.
• Create and configure workflows based on the business requirements and best practices.
• Perform integration between ServiceNow and other customer business systems.
• create/ Manage all SN objects like Tables, Business rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI pages, UI macros, etc.
• Has experience in the development and delivery of training for end-users.
• Has experience in deploying and validating ServiceNow patches/updates and new versions of the platform.

Education

• UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization.
