Job Description:
- Experience in Design, Code, and Troubleshoot ServiceNow Application
- Experience in Handle Architectural Changes, Integrations, and New Module Implementation.
- Experience in working with stakeholders.
- Experience in Identify System Inefficiency.
- Experience in Security update and applications deployments.
- Experience in Designing and Developing Configuration.
- Experience in Creating New Service Now procedures and workflows.
- Estimate, organize, plan, and prioritize testing-related tasks.
- Control update sets for the code bases transfer to test and production environments.
- Coordinate vendors for ServiceNow product flaws.
- Oversee ServiceNow administration, planning, and maintenance.
