Role: ServiceNow developer
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development
- Expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs
- ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog
- Workflow / Flow Designer / Integration Hub
- Knowledge of ACLs, scripting, UI policies, client scripts
Secondary Skills:
- Integration using REST/SOAP
- CMDB & Asset Management
- ITOM basics (Discovery, Event Management good to have)
- Reporting & dashboards in ServiceNow
- HTML/CSS (UI customization)
