Servicenow Developer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement process improvements.
• Troubleshoot issues related to ITSM processes and provide technical guidance to end-users.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for IT service management.

Job Requirements :

• 5-15 years of experience in ITOM development using ServiceNow Development.
• Strong understanding of ITIL v3/4 framework and its application in an ITSM environment.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript or Python for automating tasks within the ServiceNow platform.
