• Customer Service Management (CSM)
• IT Asset Management (ITAM)
• Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
• Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC/IRM)
• SecOps
• Workplace Service Delivery (WSD)
• App Engine / Custom Application Development
• Service Portal / Employee Center Development

ServiceNow Certification Requirement:

- Candidates with 4 -6 years of experience should have at least one ServiceNow certification (CSA or CAD).

- Candidates with more than 6 years of experience must have ServiceNow certification (CSA or CAD).

- Preferred certifications: CSA (Certified System Administrator) or CAD (Certified Application Developer).
