Job Description
Qualifications & Responsibilities
- 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development & Support.
- Expert-level understanding of Glide, JavaScript, Flow Designer, and APIs.
- Hands-on with ITSM, CMDB, SPM, and optionally ITOM or HRSD.
- Experience in enterprise environments and Agile/Scrum delivery.
- Certifications: ServiceNow CSA (mandatory), CAD (preferred), ITSM/CMDB specialist certs (plus).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Monitor and respond to incidents, requests, and queries related to ServiceNow modules.
- Triage issues and escalate to dev/admin teams as needed.
- Provide platform onboarding support and respond to general platform usage questions.
- Help test new features/releases and ensure regression stability.
- Document support procedures and contribute to knowledge base articles.
Key Responsibilities
- Development & Configuration: Design and deploy customized applications, workflows, UI policies, and business rules within ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.)
- Integrations: Connect ServiceNow with third-party software and legacy systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and IntegrationHub.
- Quality Assurance: Build test scripts and conduct Unit Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing before pushing updates to production.
- Platform Maintenance: Oversee routine system upgrades, patch installations, and update sets.
- Technical Documentation: Write and maintain comprehensive system documentation, user manuals, and technical specifications
