Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain ITSM applications using ServiceNow platform.
- Integrate external systems with ServiceNow through APIs or other integration methods.
- Develop custom scripts in JavaScript to automate business processes within ServiceNow.
- Troubleshoot issues related to application performance, data integrity, and user access.
Job Requirements :
- 4.5-12 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry as a ServiceNow developer.
- Strong understanding of RESTful web services (REST) architecture and SOAP protocols.
- Proficiency in writing efficient code using JavaScript for developing custom modules within ServiceNow.
