Must Have :

• Strong handson expertise in ServiceNow CMDB configuration and operations
• Deep understanding of ITIL Configuration Management process
• Experience with CSDM, CI class modeling, attributes, and relationships
• Handson knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and IRE
• Experience integrating CMDB with monitoring, asset, cloud, EUC, and infra tools
• Strong experience in CMDB data governance, reconciliation, and normalization
• Ability to support incident, problem, and change processes using CMDB data
• Experience handling enterprise audits, compliance, and CMDB maturity assessments
• Strong documentation, stakeholder management, and SMElevel ownership
• Act as L3 SME and owner for ServiceNow CMDB and Configuration Management process
• Define and enforce CMDB governance, standards, naming conventions, and lifecycle rules
• Design and maintain CI class structure, relationships, and CSDM alignment
• Own ServiceNow CMDB integrations using Discovery, APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub
• Define and manage Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE) rules
• Ensure single source of truth and resolve multisource CI conflicts
• Enable impact analysis for Incident, Problem, Change, and Major Incident Management
• Monitor and improve CMDB health KPIs (accuracy, completeness, compliance)
• Perform CMDB audits, data cleanup, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support Service Mapping and business service visibility
• Collaborate with ITSM, ITOM, Cloud, Security, and Infrastructure teams
• Create and maintain CMDB SOPs, runbooks, and training material
• Mentor L1/L2 CMDB analysts and platform teams
