Servicenow Developer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and deploy ITSM solutions using ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Develop custom workflows, business rules, and integrations to meet client needs.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support for existing systems.

Job Requirements :

• 4-12 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform including Flow Designer, Large Language Model (LLM), etc.
• Experience working on large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
