We are Seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, development, and deployment of sophisticated ITSM solutions. This role demands deep ServiceNow ITSM expertise and is pivotal in advancing enterprise IT service delivery through innovation and efficiency.

Key Mandate: Elevate IT service delivery by automating release readiness, enforcing compliance, and reducing manual effort through AI Agent, Now Assist and shift-left” quality practices.
Key Responsibilities
ITSM & Platform Development
Configure and enhance ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Request, Knowledge).
Develop advanced platform solutions using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
Maintain CMDB health and ensure alignment with CSDM standards.
Technical Leadership & Collaboration
Lead technical design and architecture discussions.
Review and mentor junior developers, enforcing best practices and scalability.
Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
